Every cowhide and kangaroo hide is hand selected to ensure consistent thickness and quality. Our 29-step preparation process includes natural sun curing and region-specific treatments tailored to each batch, producing leather that delivers exceptional durability and peak performance.

Double and triple-stitched high impact zones are layered with a stretch aramid fiber for longevity. We also stitched an outer layer of rubberized para-aramid to help mitigate seam tear. We use leather where it matters most and stretch fabric where comfort is crucial — a balance refined over 5 years of development.

Women aren't an afterthought- they're one of our highest priorities. Every panel is specifically designed to complement the female rider's shape without compromising safety or comfort. We understand the difference, so we've engineered every detail.

The ARN EVO is designed around the TechAir™ ecosystem developed by Alpinestars. This partnership allows us to focus on improving the EVO line of track day and race suits beyond standard certifications. ARN Global is a proud partner of Alpinestars.

We make it make sense.

Suspenders in every suit. Eliminating sagging and reducing unnecessary zipper wear. Form + Function.

How to size the ARN Race TT Glove

Engineered to connect the rider to the machine

The ARN Race TT was co-engineered with Dean Harrison who sent back every prototype 'til we got it right..in 2025 he won both back to back Superstock. In 2026 he won back to back Superbike riding 15 seconds faster than the other guy. I think we got it right.

Origin 01 / 05

Built by riders, for riders.

Every rider knows what a quality suit costs—and how often it still fails before it should. That's why every ARN suit is built to last, protect, and earn its place on the track.

Every stitch, every panel, and every decision is made with one goal in mind: the rider.

Built by riders. For riders. Protection over profit.

@stevenhodds

Big thank you to @arnraceleathers for my custom made one piece suit, gp pro racing gloves and level 2 long back protector, the suit fits absolutely perfectly everywhere as you’d expect from a made to measure suit, compliments my bike perfectly and stands out in the crowd, Quality is absolutely spot on! No corners cut, the wait was a little longer than first anticipated but I joined the back of a big waiting list at the beginning of the bike season so was to be expected really but 100% worth the wait! If any of my friends are looking for a custom made suit then be sure to check out ARN race leathers!

Construction 02 / 05

Evo R. Three layers. No shortcuts.

Layer 01 — Outer
1.4mm
Full-grain cowhide

The outer hide. Selected for tensile strength and abrasion resistance. This is the layer the asphalt meets first.

Layer 02 — Bonded
0.9mm
Secondary leather

A second finished hide bonded to the first. Doubles the protection at impact zones without doubling the weight.

Layer 03 — Inner
0.6mm
High-tensile aramid weave

High-tensile aramid fiber liner against the skin. The last line before flesh — and the strongest gram-for-gram fabric in the world.
