The terms governing measurements, production, and delivery of ARN Racing Leathers Americas custom suits.
MEASUREMENT TERMS
This form is for body measurements. Never attempt to measure yourself. Always have another person take your measurements.
Please fill the form correctly. It is your responsibility to double-check the measurements to avoid any mistake. Use a flexible tape measure, hold it at each body point so that it's comfortably snug, and take all measurements in centimeters.
If the tape is cutting into your flesh, it's too tight. If you have room between the tape and your body, it's too loose.
Any fitting error caused by incorrect measurement shall not bind ARN Racing Leathers Americas to correct, refund, or accept any claim. By submitting your measurements through our custom suit form, you confirm that all measurements provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is 3 weeks from the date measurements and deposit are received and confirmed.
If special artwork or a leather color is requested that is not currently in our standard inventory, production time may be extended. In such cases, customers will be notified of the expected delay. Please be patient — your suit will be built to specification.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable $300 deposit is required to begin construction. The deposit is applied to your final balance.
The deposit is refundable until the cutting of leather begins. Once cutting has commenced, materials have been committed to your specific build and the deposit is no longer refundable. You will receive notification when your suit enters the cutting stage.
FINAL BALANCE & SHIPPING
The final balance is due before shipment. ARN Racing Leathers Americas will contact you once your suit is complete to arrange final payment. Shipping rates and times depend on destination and will be quoted at completion.
DESIGN MODIFICATIONS
You may provide additional details on photographs or sketches for design modifications. Once production begins, design modifications cannot be accommodated. Please ensure all design specifications are confirmed before submitting your order.
