Refund policy

ARN Returns & Manufacturing Policy

At ARN, every product is designed with precision, performance, and craftsmanship in mind. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every ARN customer to feel confident in their purchase.

1. Standard Returns — Gloves

ARN offers a 30-day return window for eligible gloves.

To be eligible for a standard return, gloves must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be free from any damage, stains, odors, alterations, or signs of use.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories.
  • Not have been customized, altered, or modified.

Because motorcycle gloves are performance and protective equipment, we cannot accept returns on gloves that have been worn, used, or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, ARN will determine whether it meets the return requirements. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

If a return does not meet the requirements of this policy, the return will be considered unapproved and will be shipped back to the customer's address on file. No refund will be issued for unapproved returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an ARN error or an approved manufacturing issue.

2. Custom Motorcycle Suits

ARN motorcycle suits are custom-made to the customer's measurements and specifications. Because each suit is individually produced, custom suits are not eligible for standard returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect preference, or fit preference after the suit has been approved and manufactured.

We take the custom fitting process seriously and work closely with each customer throughout the measurement and fitting process to ensure the suit is made to the intended specifications.

If you have concerns about the fit of your custom suit upon receiving it, please contact ARN as soon as possible so our team can review the concern and determine the appropriate next step.

3. Manufacturing Issues — 30-Day Coverage

ARN provides a 30-day manufacturing warranty on suits and gloves.

If you believe your ARN suit or gloves have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Manufacturing issues may include, but are not limited to:

  • Defective stitching or seams
  • Hardware or closure failures caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Defective zippers or fasteners
  • Material defects present at the time of delivery
  • Other workmanship issues determined by ARN to be a manufacturing defect

All manufacturing claims are subject to inspection and approval by ARN.

If ARN determines that the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the product as appropriate.

4. What Is Not Considered a Manufacturing Defect

Manufacturing coverage does not apply to damage or wear resulting from:

  • Normal use or normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, crashes, or track incidents
  • Abrasion or impact damage
  • Improper care, cleaning, storage, or maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations made by the customer or a third party
  • Improper use of the product
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Cosmetic changes resulting from normal use of leather or other materials

Leather is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, texture, and appearance are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. How to Request a Return or Manufacturing Claim

To begin a return or manufacturing claim, please contact ARN within the applicable 30-day period.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Customer name
  • Product name
  • A description of the reason for the return or manufacturing concern
  • Photos or videos showing the issue, when applicable

Our team may request additional information or photographs to evaluate the product before authorizing a return.

Please do not ship an item back to ARN without receiving return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Return Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

ARN reserves the right to refuse a return or manufacturing claim if the product does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or if the reported issue is determined to be the result of use, damage, improper care, accident, or normal wear.

For approved standard returns, refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Questions

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies for a return or manufacturing claim, please contact ARN before sending your product back. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Best Regards,
ARN Americas Team
